Does Value Add Mart offer guarantee to their customers?
How do I place an order?
Simply choose your style, color or size on the product page then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number.
How do I check the status of my order?
Value Add Mart allows you to see real-time updates of your order(s). You can track your individual items through the secured third-party tracking web pages as recommended by us. Please click on the “Track Order” Tab on top of this page. We’ll send you the tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Enter your tracking number on the tracking webpage to locate your package. They are multi-language support.
In most cases, order processing takes between 24-96 hours.
How long does delivery take?
We know the feeling of waiting for an awesome product to arrive, so we get them to you as fast as we possibly can!
For the US customers, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
For the customers other than the US, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery.
If you have not received your order within the timeframe above, please contact us.
The average delivery time is much lower, but we like to make our customers aware that in very rare cases it can take up to 30 days to receive your product(s).
Some of our products are shipped from our overseas supplier direct to you. In the rare event that there is a customs charge, this will be the responsibility of the customer.
How do I know if the items I want are in stock?
Once your order is placed, you will be notified via email if the order is not in stock. If you have any questions, you can always email us at email@example.com to check availability.
Do you deliver products internationally?
Value Add Mart successfully ship A LOT of products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!
I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?
Since we have more than one warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)
I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything if your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
Shipping Address Errors and Undeliverable Shipments
It is the customer's responsibility for entering accurate shipping information when submitting an order through our online ordering system. Be sure to check your information before finalizing the purchase. If you discover that an error was made in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will correct the address if the order has not shipped. If the order has been shipped and we are unable to make any corrections, it is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping expenses associated with misdirected parcels.
If a package is unclaimed and returned because of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping charges. We do not issue shipping refunds for the original shipment or the return shipment.
What will happen if I refuse my shipment?
When you place an order, you are making a commitment to purchase that item, and your payment will be processed at the time the order is placed. If your order is returned to us or our manufacturer without a valid reason, or if you refuse the delivery of the package after ordering which is not under our instruction, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost for refused items that are shipped back to us if any. All such costs/fees will be deducted prior to issuing a refund.
How do I return them if wrong order?
Firstly, you need to submit your return request to us at email@example.com. Our customer support team will verify your order and provide the next course of action.
Disputed Charges or Chargebacks
If you are not satisfied with our service or products for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will try our best to achieve a satisfactory resolution. Please note that you will be charged a $25 bank fee or full upon our notification of a disputed charge or chargeback with your credit card company. Just like a canceled check or a check with insufficient funds, this fee is paid by the customer as a bank processing fee and is non-refundable.
I didn't receive my order even though the tracking information shows that my package has been delivered.
If the tracking number says the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please check your front, side and back yards. Ask neighbors if they received the package by mistake. If the package was shipped to an apartment/condo complex or an office building, check with the front desk or management office. If you still unable to find the package, call UPS with the tracking information and ask for assistance. Once you have attempted to find the package and it is still missing, call us and we will assist you.
I was trying to purchase 2 items and got an error message. It appears that 1 item was approved, but I was charged for 2.
If the above happens to you, your order might not go through but the actual transaction might be recorded by our system under abandoned checkout section. Please contact us immediately because if we didn't receive your order, your order won't proceed.
I want to send a pair of your shoes to someone as a gift but I do not want them to know how much I spent.
The cost of the products will not be included on the packing slip.
