SHIPPING TIMEFRAME: 

When placing your order, please note the following:  

For the US customers, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

For the customers other than the US, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

If you have not received your order within the timeframe above, please contact us.

 

HOW DOES SHIPPING AND TRACKING WORK AFTER I CONFIRM MY ORDER? 

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order.  

This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. The tracking number can occasionally take a few days to update, but if you've received the email with the tracking number, that means your order is on the way.

Your items may come from different suppliers so they may not arrive together in the same package or on the same day. 

Although we try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, we can't always guarantee specific time frames and aren't responsible for any delays in shipping (as once the order is accepted by the carrier, it's then in their hands). But please let us know if you haven't received your item within three weeks so we can look into it for you.

Holidays and weekends can occasionally add slight delays but isn't an issue for the vast majority of our customers.

No matter how we'll stay close with you to make sure you get what you ordered the soonest possible :)

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

It is the customer's responsibility for entering accurate shipping information when submitting an order through our online ordering system. Be sure to check your information before finalizing the purchase. If you discover that an error was made in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will correct the address if the order has not shipped. If the order has been shipped and we are unable to make any corrections, it is the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping expenses associated with misdirected parcels.

If a package is unclaimed and returned because of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping charges. We do not issue shipping refunds for the original shipment or the return shipment.

 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I REFUSE MY SHIPMENT?

When you place an order, you are making a commitment to purchase that item, and your payment will be processed at the time the order is placed. If your order is returned to us or our manufacturer without a valid reason, or if you refuse the delivery of the package after ordering which is not under our instruction, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. You will also be responsible for the return shipping cost for refused items that are shipped back to us if any. All such costs/fees will be deducted prior to issuing a refund.
